Who are we?

Treat Republic specialises in dropshipping personalised gifts. This means we design and manufacture bespoke, one-off personalised gifts on behalf of retailers and ship them directly to their customers or to their shops. 

What information do we collect?

We require certain data to process the orders we receive successfully and efficiently. This may include a customer name, address, contact telephone number, and emal. We try to receive the minimum amount of data required to process each order. We also collect information about our retail clients including their name, email address, and telephone contact.

How is this information used?

End-customer data received is used to organise, create, and ship orders to each customer. As a result, each individual address may be automatically shared with our couriers so that shipping labels can be created and so that parcels may be effectively tracked. We never use the end-customer data we have received from our retailers for any form or marketing activity. 

For data relating to our retailers and their staff, we use the contact details provided to inform our clients about new products, stock availability, and new projects. These notifications are sent by email and can be unsubscribed from at any time.

How long is this information kept?

We keep data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes it was collected for. Order data is retained for a limited period for order processing, order query, refund and replacement purposes. All data is also retained and archived for the statutory period for tax purposes. All data we require for processing is stored securely, and is accessible by authorised staff only.
