USEFUL INFORMATION
If an order has arrived faulty or damaged please ask your customer for a photo showing the fault / damage before contacting us. Once we have the image we will be able to deal with your query.
When contacting us about an order please be sure to have the order number to hand or include it in any email correspondence.
